Viva João Gilberto! 90 years since he was born. Without Joao, the song “Chega de Saudade”, could be a lost samba cancao that Jobim & Vinicius forgot in a drawer. We are glad they met, and it became the very first Bossa Nova song ever recorded in 1958! Here is our sweet tribute to João, who keeps influencing new generations around the globe with his voice and guitar.
