Covid kills Brazilian artists Paulo Gustavo & Aldir Blanc in the same day 4 May , but one year apart

Brazilian star actor and comedian Paulo Gustavo died of Covid in Brazil, 42 years old after fighting the virus since March 2021. Over 400k people already dead there from Covid , including star lyricist Aldir Blanc who we lost on 4 May 2020 – same day – one year apart. My respect to all families… How many more people will have to die until the President Jair Bolsonaro and his government is hold accountable for their disastrous management of the pandemic in Brazil ?

Since Aldir’s death, I have been singing at least an Aldir Blanc song in every concert. For our Juliana Areias Jobim Songbook Concert this Saturday 8 May 2021 at the Ellington Jazz Club in Perth, I will include a song Guinga and Aldir Blanc made for Antonio Carlos Jobim, as a tribute, after Jobim’s death.”Pra quem quiser me visitar”.
